Dr. Rodriguez has a passion for assisting parents, guardians, and families with supporting their children. As a mom, she understands the many challenges that can arise while raising a child. She believes that parenting is the most important, (and most difficult) job that someone can have, and there is no "handbook" on how to effectively do that job. She offers caregivers an outlet and guidance on how to manage the demands and challenges of parenting.  Many providers only offer parent training, counseling for children and/or parents, or educational advocacy services; Dr. Rodriguez offers it all. She believes that to be able to fully support caregivers, these comprehensive services are essential. Further, as a school psychologist, she is an expert in education/special education advocacy and helping caregivers navigate the school system(s) to obtain supports for their children.

Lastly, Dr. Rodriguez has a strong commitment to life-long learning and education. She has provided countless trainings for schools and agencies to share her expertise and help others professionals build their skills. Dr. Rodriguez is an expert in school crisis prevention/intervention, youth mental health needs, psychiatric diagnoses, psychological/educational/behavior assessments, IEP writing and goal development, data collection techniques, and classroom/behavior management.
